ChillHouse Gaming & Collectables currently ships within Australia only, using Australia Post tracked shipping.

International shipping may be added in the future, but for now all orders are shipped domestically within Australia.

However, please allow 1–2 business days for order handling, especially during busy periods. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Packaging

At ChillHouse, we take packing seriously. Retro games and collectibles deserve to arrive in the same condition they left in.

Single games are typically wrapped in protective bubble wrap and shipped in reinforced cardboard padded mailers to provide two layers of protection.

Larger orders or bundles may be packed in boxes with additional padding, depending on the size and contents of the order.

Every order is packed carefully to help ensure it arrives safe, protected, and ready to play.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is managed by the carrier.

If your order is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact ChillHouse and we will do our best to help investigate the issue using the provided tracking information.
