REFUND POLICY

ChillHouse Gaming & Collectables sells pre-owned video games and
collectibles, and every effort is made to accurately describe the
condition of each item before it is listed for sale.
Because most items sold through ChillHouse are used or retro items,
returns are only accepted in cases where an item is genuinely faulty or
significantly different from its description.
Each return request is reviewed case-by-case by a real person, not an
automated system.
Condition & Item Descriptions

Please read the full item description carefully before purchasing, as
condition details are listed for every item.

Retro and pre-owned games may show normal signs of wear such as minor
scratches, case marks, or label wear depending on the item.

If a specific flaw, defect, or condition issue is clearly mentioned in
the product description, returns will not be accepted for that specific
issue. The listing is intended to clearly communicate the exact
condition of the item before purchase.

Cleaning & Testing
​
All games sold through ChillHouse are cleaned and tested before sale.
​
Discs are inspected and tested to ensure they function correctly. Games
are run and tested for a reasonable amount of time to confirm they load
and operate properly before being listed.

Reporting an Issue
​
If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact
ChillHouse within 48 hours of delivery.
​
For orders containing three or more items, an additional 12 hours is
allowed to report an issue.
​
This allows customers time to inspect and test their purchase while
still ensuring issues are reported promptly.
​
Requests made outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for return
or refund.

Return Shipping
​
If an item is confirmed to be faulty beyond what was described in the
listing, ChillHouse will cover the cost of return shipping.

In most cases, a return shipping label will be generated and provided
for the item to be sent back.

Refund Options
​
Once the returned item is received and inspected, ChillHouse may offer
one of the following resolutions:

- Refund to the original payment method
- Replacement item, if available
- Store credit or exchange for items of equal value

The appropriate resolution will depend on the specific situation and
item availability.

Non-Returnable Items
​
The following items are generally not eligible for return:

- Items sold as parts or repair
- Certain collectibles or specialty items
- Items where the condition or defect was clearly disclosed in the
